If you should arrive after 6 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us,
so that also in the evening your journey runs smoothly.

Extras on charge
Baby cots, cleaning during your stay, bed linen change during your stay, bathrobes and slippers for hire are available on request for an extra fee
Our cancellation conditions
Booking changes and cancellations must be notified in writing
Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
Up to 14 days before arrival: 80% of the booked price
Up to 7 days until arrival, in case of non-arrival or shortening of the stay: 100% of the booked price
Travel insurance
We recommend our guests to complete a travel insurance. Make sure that you have financial security
with a travel insurance if something happens before you start your holiday
Breakfast
If you would like to have breakfast, please let us know before your arrival.
The cost for the breakfast buffet in the Zirmstube is 20,- Euro per person/day

Wellness area
The wellness area is open from 5 pm to 7 pm, from sunday to friday, during the winter season.
In the summer months is our wellness area closed
